About BerdSend

BerdSend LLC is a digital platform focused on international mobile top-ups. Our goal is to make it easier for customers to send mobile credit to family, friends or other recipients in supported countries.

To start a top-up, the customer presses “Get Started” on the home page. This opens the recharge page, where the customer selects the country, operator, recipient phone number and amount before continuing to payment.

BerdSend uses specialized providers to process its services. Applicable payments may be handled through Square or Mercado Pago, while mobile top-ups are processed through a top-up provider such as Reloadly.

Customers may send a top-up without an account when guest checkout is available. Creating an account can provide access to transaction history, promo balance, promo codes and the BerdSend referral program.

Under the referral program, when a new customer signs up with a valid promo code, the person who referred that customer receives the applicable referral bonus. The newly referred customer does not automatically receive the same referral bonus.

We work to keep the service clear, fast and convenient while using reasonable security measures to protect accounts and transactions. Availability and delivery time may still depend on mobile operators, networks, banks and other third-party providers.
